Volunteering at EES
We welcome volunteers at EES.  Over the course of a school year, our students have benefited from the volunteer hours of as many as 300 individuals, parents, grandparents, college students, retired individuals, and members of the business community.  Whether you volunteer regularly, or an hour, your efforts are here on campus or from home, we appreciate and value every contribution each of you is capable of giving.

Volunteer Training and Volunteer Agreement

Elementary Schools are complicated places and it helps to understand what to expect when volunteering on our campus. We ask that all volunteers review the presentation that is given in the link below.

Join the Parking Volunteers:
We are looking for parents to help with the parking committee. Please join the group and help keep drop-off safe, easy and stress-free.  T  A minimum of two volunteers are needed to staff drop-off each morning.

We’d also like some assistance in the afternoon as well.  We hope you will help!

Lunchroom Volunteers Needed
If you are willing to help in the lunchroom, we would appreciate it very much.
You could even volunteer during your child’s lunch.
We need a commitment and will count on your assistance if you offer it.
If something comes up on a given day, please call the Main Office (864-1791) and let us know, better yet, find a replacement if possible.  Some families have volunteered and then one or the other parent/guardian comes in and helps in the lunchroom.

Examples of lunchroom responsibilities: Open food items for those who need help; extra napkins, forks, etc., remind students of cafeteria rules.  Talk with children and have fun!.
